DS (8) complaining of dizzy spells?

After a bit of advice, DS who's 8 has said he has had a few dizzy spells today, he has also complained about them a couple of times before.
He said each time he was just standing or walking not getting up or bending over. Each spell lasted a few seconds and he said it felt like he had just woken up and didn't really know what was happening - I think he struggled to describe the feeling really, he also said he felt a bit sick during and for a few seconds after.
He's not unwell, has eaten fine, possibly hasn't drunk lots today though. Doesn't have a headache but he does sometimes get them.
He does look a bit pale and tired though, but that is not that unusual.
He suffers from Hayfever and takes antihistamines and a nose spray, if that is relevant.
Any ideas? Should I be concerned (I am a bit!)
