Are these tonsils normal?

DS is five and just tonight I've noticed them at the back of his throat. They're not sore or infected but are they normally this large? I had mine out as a child so have no idea!

My DD had this...enlarged tonsils and I took her to the doctor as she snored. The doctor said she just hadn't grown into them yet. She is 8 now and they look normal.

They are a bit enlarged! We had this and ended up taking them out at 4
If he doesn't snore I wouldn't worry about it

His snoring is horrendous! I'll take him to the doctors this week Smile

They are grade 3 tonsils. Usually they are grade one but sometimes it doesn't bother children with them being this big! If it causes problems with disrupted sleep etc then get them taken out.
