Does this look like prickly heat? (picture)

4 month old dd2 has come out in a rash. It started yesterday with just a few little bumps but has spread quite a bit this afternoon.

It's lots of little red raised spots mainly on her her tummy, back and nappy area but she has them all over. Even the soles of her feet I just noticed. Other than that she is her normal cheery self. It has been hot here and she seems to have quite sensitive skin anyway.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hmm that picture hasn't come out very clear.

Is she unwell? Could be hand, foot and mouth with you saying it's on the soles of her feet. My dd had it all over too especially in nappy area, tummy and back.

She's absaloutly fine. Eating, sleeping and generally smiley happy little thing.
