Hello all

I have noticed recently that DS is running his teeth just over his bottom lip repeatedly, which is making a sore red ring.

We have brought it to his attention every time we see him do it, and he said he can't stop doing it.

Has anyone had similar experience? If so did you point it out to your child or just ignore it and hope it would be a phase and pass?

Thanks

How old is He? DS has had a habit of sucking his bottom lip, putting cream on it regularly helped him stop as the taste wasn't so nice. Also helped with the sore skin, he's only 5 telling him to stop didn't seem to make any difference.

Thank you for your reply, Ds is 5. He has just started doing it.
Great idea about the cream! Will give it a go.

My son does this. Use Vaseline or buy lip ba.
