My little boy who's 5 has a temp 38.9 with vomitting. He's getting cramps just before he needs to vomit and had a rash this morning that looked like big red patches. Last night he was sick lots without fever, woke up feeling great them he started up again at midday but with fever.

I can't get him to take any medicine to help him out says no headache or sore throat so would you just keep an eye or make him take it?

We have exactly the same Sad
What medicine would you give him? I haven't given anything!

I was going to give him diarolyte and paracetamol but he's not interested. Still feverish, been just over 36 hours now. Phoned 111 yesterday and they weren't concerned.

I could swear I posted here but have no clue what happened

Anyway probably thy are not concerned as it's just a virus at this point
Ds is already better temperature at 36 this morning and no throwing up but I did give zinc and vitamin c which always does the trick so no meds at all. If you have some zinc /C in the houses down if you're happy to give those it's worth trying!

Good luck x
