Is it raised, itchy? How is your DS in himself? Can't rule out scarlet fever based on that photo. I would suggest you see the doctor for further assessment.

not raised nor itchy..just purely red and blotchy/dotty! Seemed to of gone down slightly I think, did glass test and her skin went white under the glass.
Seems fine in herself also, she has just got a cold but sounds better today! Feeding loads, wet nappies and soiled nappies..sleeping fine and being awake as well :/
