Calprotectin level borderline in child

Hi all
Wondered if anyone has experience with this?
My five year old daughter has a borderline level of 54. Cut off is 50 so it's only just over normal range. She has this last year and I'm not so worried but wondered if anyone else could offer any advice please?
She's had a history of 'dodgy' bowels. Three episodes of blood, constipation in the past but nothing major. Consultant saw her last year wasn't concerned.
Calprotectin is inflammation levels by the way!
Thanks
Xx
