Worm - what on earth is this?

I just found this in the empty bath not long after ds (4) had been in it!

I'm going to get worm treatment now for him but what kind of worm is this? It was long - at least three inches.

That is not a threadworm, or any kind of worm I've ever seen and I'm vet nurse so I've seen lots! Are you sure it came from him?

It could be a roundworm but they are usually white - like a string of spaghetti.

Looks more like something that came up the drain or from outside on a towel? Than from out of a child.
