Dd has eczema however she's started to get a not of a rash under her arms. she's not been scratching and clothes aren't rubbing, just wondered if it's just the eczema or whether it's a sign she's starting to get a bit sweaty under there and would perhaps benefit from an (chemical free) anti perspirent?
she usually gets rashes where she sweats, back of knees elbows etc. eczema is under control I just noticed a few days ago when she got out the bath.
