DD is 10. She's always had mild hay fever which seems to cone very early in the season. This year she's really suffering. There are a couple of things I'd like to know more about us you know:
Are there treatments that target early season hay fever specifically?
She's off on outward bound next week. Are there any medicines we should avoid e.g. that would've her low or drowsy?
Thanks

Could it be a tree pollen allergy? My son has one from March to May. He just takes piriton type stuff.
