DD5 waking up in the middle of the night with a sore stomach

For the past 4 nights my DD has woken up about 1.00am complaining of a stomach ache. I usually give her water and sometimes Calpol and after an hour or two she falls back to sleep. The next morning she is always perfectly fine. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? She is not constipated and she does not have any kind of fever.

Does she complain at any other time and is she going to the toilet when she wakes? My DD does this when she has a urine infection.

No August but I think you could be on to something. She has been prone to them in a the past but as it has been while it never crossed my mind. Thank you - will take a urine sample.
