Chicken pox help needed!!!

My daughter was exposed strongly to chicken pox 3 days ago and has returned home from school with 3 red spots on here cheek, I'm just wondering if it's even possible to come out this quickly and I didn't think it was! Thanks in advance

The incubation period is 10-21 days so too early to be due to the exposure 3 days age. They could have been exposed before that or it could be something else
