Hiya was just wondering if anyones child when had chicken pox how you knew they was infected? My 4 year old daughter has chicken pox and suffers from severe excema at the same time good majority of her spots are crusty green and some are a very dark red/black colour, she seems okay in herself at the minute still playing and forgetting about the itching as much as she can so unsire if they are infected or wever thats how suppose to look?

Doesn't sound right. I would get them checked out in case they are infected

Good luck just ring 111 and they should be able to get you to see an out of hours GP. If they say no then take her to a walk in if you have one of those.

The red area around some of them means they could be infected. Have you phoned yet? What did they say?
