17 week old keeps being sick then screaming?

Hi, my 17 week old has reflux. Recently she can be sitting there happy then all of a sudden she'll start really kicking her legs and start crying a high pitched cry and nothing I do helps. She's clearly in pain. Is this just part of the reflux or maybe gas pains? We have infant gaviscon but it's not helping.

Her dosage may need to be increased or you may need additional help with the reflux (reflux milk or extra medication)
