My 22 month old has tonsillitis and two infected ears. She has been prescribed antibiotics.
Her temp is so high that she is panting. She is stripped to a vest. I can't get any food into her at all. She doesn't like her antibiotics and I forced them in this morning which was upsetting for all -now she won't even take calpol which she liked before. She is a bit too young to bribe and is not eating a thing anyway.
I'm waiting for doc to ring to change antibiotics. I was just wondering if anyone had a miracle solution. I thought about mixing it in food but she has no appetite and its supposed to be given on an empty stomach.
I'm worried she will get more poorly.
