Hi, my toddler has been suffering from a runny nose for over a week. She has now rubbed her nose so raw that's it's bleeding!! :( I have only been using Vaseline. Any advice would be great as I've run out of ideas?
Thanks, Clare

E45 is what I use. Vaseline creates a barrier but doesn't help the skin heal in my experience.

This happened to my dd and I send her with dh to our local chemist and told him to buy the best thing the pharmacist recommended.

He came back with a tube of La Roche Posey Cicaplast Levres barrier repairing balm. It works more or less overnight, it's amazing. It was a while before he told me it cost £6 for 7.5ml!!!

Weleda also do a barrier repairing cream as well but it is also expensive.
