Dd (2.5) fell about a month ago and bumped her head on the corner of a wall. It immediately swelled up and went blue but didn't bleed at all. About 3 days later a scab appeared, despite there having never been any bleeding and when it eventually fell off it left a pitted scar on her forehead.
I've included photos as I'm somewhat mystified- how can something scab if it hasn't bled? And will the scar there ever fade? Anything I can do?
