Is this chickenpox

Would really appreciate views on this rash which is all over arms, legs, nose area and nappy area of my 15 month old. Seems to be itchy too. GP feels it is just eczema but I am sure this is incorrect - baby has never had eczema before and is extremely out of sorts. Screamed all night. Does it look like chickenpox?

I would say not. DS had chicken pox recently and the spots were more individual, and like little blisters.

But no idea what it could be sorry.

It doesn't look like chickenpox to me, but does look a bit like eczema.
