Winter vomiting bug going round school but not sure if son hAd it. He came into bedroom on Saturday saying he felt unwell. He had a high temperature, sore throat and headache. He vomited after some medicine but reckons it was stuck in his throat. That was the only time and he's loads better today. This avo he's developed a headache and had a nap, a slight rise in temp. School or not tomorrow? Or should I wait till his temp is fully ok? Thx
