My 17 month old didn't 'go' yesterday, and this morning, his nappy was full of tiny little pebble like bits, and one big bit, in it was blood, mainly on the pebbles, there was no tear on him, he didn't look in discomfort, he didn't feed that well yesterday either, but does drink water,
I'm unsure of whether to ring the docs,
Advice please

It sounds like a little tear higher up than you can see, probably caused by constipation.

Blood in poo really should end checked by a doctor though, so make an appointment to see your gp. They can have a proper look and would be able to give you some stuff to help it heal.
