Any advice child is feeling cold ect but has high temp. Just finished a course of antibiotics for pneumonia but don't think it's cleared

How old? Call GP anyway if you think the pneumonia hasn’t shifted.

He's 4 end of jan. Doctors want to see him today waiting for them to call me back with an appointment time
