sorry picture isn't great. it's not her eczema she hasn't been scratching. it's isolated to her neck and just above her shoulders. one side branches out a bit to her collar bone at the front. she also says it's painful. not only when she moves her beck but just as it is. the pain is a bit worse since this morning. I thought she'd just been straining to read the board at school so assumed shed just slept funny and strained her neck a bit so just gave her half a paracetamol and dropped her off at school. 
didn't notice the rash til I got her back to the car. have been to local pharmacist but she had no idea really what it was.
