DD 3 has been in knickers for a good few months now, so not convinced it's nappy/damp type rash. However tonight I noticed on her bottom, there were around 10 red spots, some of which have a small hole like they have popped and some have heads on. They haven't bothered her, I don't think she has noticed but she has never suffered with her skin in anyway so can't work out how these appeared or what they could be.
