Underbite in 16 month old

I have girl boy twins who are 16 months old. They are both very different.

My little girl hasnt many teeth only 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom. Although not very obvious from her jaw it looks like the top teeth go behind her bottom teeth. This doesn't seem to affect her eating although she isn't as vocal and talking a few words like her brother.

We are due to go to the dentist and I was going to ask about it then but wondered if I should be more worried and speak to the health visitor. I had a quick Google and there was a lot of talk of head braces. I find the idea of this at her age quite frightening but on the other hand maybe it can be sorted out quickly if caught early. Or will it just sort itself out as she gets more teeth.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience of this
