Any advice on how I can support my 14 year old DD with suspected Chronic fatigue, waiting for appointment with paediatrician, don't really know what to expect.
She had Glanduar Fever in June/July and hasn't been well since, had blood tests that all came back normal, she's only managed on average 2 days a week at school. Feel so helpless when she's crying in pain!

Hi dotty
My 13 yo was dx with CFS/ME in May this year - please prepare yourself for a roller coaster of massive emotions for you and daughter!! This is a VILE illness - I am more than happy to talk to you and if you wanted to message me to swap numbers then I can call you. There are lots of places to get info and I can help with guidelines for your daughter until you get your referral - we waited 18weeks for our daughters! Good luck

Find a voluntary organisation that will support you. I know ME North East is excellent for support (dont judge them by the website). If you are more south its still worth ringing them for advice or contacts
