My son is 7 and he currently has a cold and a tickly cough. He is also tilting his head to one side and doing lots of swallowing before coughing. The weird thing is though he only coughs when sat up it doesn't trouble him at all when he is lying down. On Friday and Saturday he had a few bouts of diahorrea and since last night has been off his food. No temperature or noticably sore throat and he says nothing hurts but he just doesnt feel well. He has just had another bout of diahorea and has spent all afternoon asleep. Is diarohea normal with a cough???
