Just leave it, and it will go away on its own

Summertimeandthelivingisnteasy · 29/09/2015 19:44

"Go away on its own" hahahagaha Grin

Sorry. Try Bazuka - could take months -or years-

Sorry I'm not being helpful at all am I Blush

Gileswithachainsaw · 29/09/2015 19:45

Cotton wool, cider vinegar, fabric plaster strips, emery board

Seriously - DS had two huge ones on his toes and nothing worked. Soaked a ball in vinegar, squeezed out excess, taped to foot overnight.

Filed gently next night, repeated

Same every night - after a week it was loads smaller and after a month it's gone.

Orangeanddemons · 29/09/2015 19:52

But that's the current advice! Dd had 3 for about 18 months. They all went at the same tine

Gileswithachainsaw · 29/09/2015 20:00

cider vinegar- right will invest in that too. have freeze stuff and gel and vinegar tomorrow so I'll hit it hard!!! they can swim with socks though right?

Having gone through evening after evening of doing bazuka, then trying plasters covering duct tape, I eventually went to get them frozen off by the gp. Having said that the gp said if left alone they would go away which is what I did with later ones.

SouthWestmom · 29/09/2015 21:58

Don't bother with the freeze stuff.

Gileswithachainsaw · 29/09/2015 22:02

can i ask why? Smile

OP posts:
Allisgood1 · 29/09/2015 22:03

Freeze stuff is shite. Apple cider vinegar is best.

Gileswithachainsaw · 29/09/2015 22:04

I shall pick some up tomorrow then Smile

how long til we can remove the sock at swimming?

My daughter has just randomly started coughing tonight and it like nothing I've heard before she sounds sort of like a dog barking and I'm not being horrible I don't know what to do she turns 5 end of October will she be ok until morning or shall I take her to A&E tonight x

SouthWestmom · 01/10/2015 05:50

Chloe ring out of hours if you are worried.
Giles we never bothered with a sock after starting treatment. Ds wore crocs until in the water and left them by the pool.

Katieemilyxo · 01/10/2015 05:55

I used the freeze treatment for warts with my verrucas and it did the same job for those took me only one treatment and it was barely there then I did a second and it's gone
