Teething - is this normal?

I've posted this already today, but in the wrong area I think.

is currently cutting her two top teeth. Over the weekend this lump appeared in front of the new tooth. Today it's less swollen and starting to turn white at the tip. The tooth can be felt breaking through in the normal position. Don't remember DS ever having this. Any ideas? Normal or trip to the dr needed? TIA

Looks like an eruption cyst. Quite common and should disappear as the new tooth cuts through the gum.
