Spots around toddlers mouth

23 month DD has just come up with some spots around her mouth and chin, only on one side.

They are red, not very raised and are not fluid filled.

Anything to worry about? She is getting some teeth through and has a dummy at bed.

My 20 month old often gets these and I put it down to dummy use or teething usually! She has a dummy at bedtime and sometimes if she's teething she's a bit dribbly. I think the combination gives her spots.
