Help! 7 month old fall ��

I'm so ashamed but I put my 7 month on bed turned around to get my brush as I was turning back she rolled off the bed! She screamed for a good 15 mins but has gone to sleep??? Is this ok? Very worried and ashamed!

I think every baby has fallen of a sofa or bed at some point. Don't stress about it!
If she starts vomiting, or is unresponsive, take her to A&E.
If you disturb her slightly now, does she sigh and wriggle back to a comfy position? ie don't wake her, but do check she is still conscious.
And a cup of tea and a biscuit for you.

Yes she's breathing normally too, I am just in so much shock don't want to tell family or friends I case they think bad of me!
