ok to give Abidec vitamin drops in wet food, or does it really HAVE TO go in drops into the mouth?

LO doesn't love the taste of the drops that are put into her mouth with syringe. TBH it smells pretty rank.
Can I cheat and put it in something like porridge?
Or does it really have to go into mouth in syringe?

Thanks in advance MN

We put it in our girls morning/evening milk depending on their ages.

thanks. stupid question - why would their age determine if they got it in morning or evening milk?

Abidec is rank! We use wellbaby instead as per dieticians advice that it contains more. I opened the abidec bottle, watched DS's reaction, tried it myself then threw it straight in the bin!
