Swollen lymph nodes

Ds has had a swollen lymph node in his neck for over 6 months now. I went to the doctors again today and he has one in his groin too, and he has been referred to a paediatric surgeon. I have stupidly been using dr Google and getting all sorts! Can someone please reassure me that I'm being silly worrying and that he will be fine Sad

Hi. My son had a swollen node in his neck at about the same age. It never went away and was often visible when he turned his head. He's 15 now and fine,

Thanks for your reply. He now has another in his groin, and after taking some blood they have moved his appointment forward to next week. I'm super concerned now Sad
