Teething??

I'm sorry to have to query something that seems so obvious. Little girl is nearly 3 months, showing most signs of teething (clingy- crying lots more than normal- slight rash on cheeks, lots of dribble- pulling ears and chewing fists) abut I thought it was too soon at 3 months?? Also the only sign on her gums is 2 lumps on her upper canine area? They're not meant to come first!?
They're hard lumps and I think I'm sure, just don't want to treat her for teething if that's not what it is. Any idea if there could be anything else? x
P.s. Tried to get a photo of gums but she's having none of it. Will try again later

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

If she's pulling ears it's also a sign of ear infection.

would i be able to see that myself or will GP have to confirm?

GP, they would have to look in her ears.
