Chicken pox or impetigo?

Hello

I have (hopefully) attached some pics.

Started off as 2 spots to the face with have slowly spread, back, belly, legs and a few elsewhere with one very sore one and what appears to be impetigo on mouth/nose area. There are not Tons of spots.

No sure if the other spots are chicken pox or impetigo or both?

What do you think?

My grandson started with this rash which turned into impetigo. Doctor prescribed antibiotics, and said possible scarlet fever. He rrecovered well in 3 days but his face was covered in crusty spots.Have you phoned the surgery.
