DS (3) has been sick through the night. About 8 times since around 11pm. He was dry-heaving at about 7.30am. I am guessing bug rather than food poisoning as it kicked in after he'd been in bed for hours (although willing to be corrected - he has no other symptoms). At what point would you let him have food? He's asking for milk but I'm only allowing water (and then only sips). He hasn't been ill like this for ages so I've completely forgotten what to do!

Id get some diarolyte rehydration powders and give those as well as bland food if he's asking for some.

Thanks - would you say no to the milk? I tend to think of it as a stomach settler but I'm a bit scared of what might happen!
