I seen this video from british red cross this morning

Really funny

How many other mums have actually done first aid courses? I don't know where to start, I want to learn, god forbid something horrible happens.

What are the best courses to do?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I did first aid originally when I was at school, since then I've kept up to date with regular requalification and I'm a CFR. I've done the bulk of my training with the St John ambulance, their courses are top quality and we'll delivered (St Andrews ambulance in Scotland I believe).

Start with either a basic first aid course or one geared towards helping babies/children depending on your family.
