ok, so first time mum here please be gentle I think that one of my wee twins, has caught my cold. I realise this has probably been done a million times, but what's best? Calpol? His nose is streaming, poor wee sausage.

How old is he?

Best things I've found are-
Raising the head end of the cot so they get less bunged up,
A nice warm bath
Vapour rub (there's a baby one) on the chest and soles of the feet.

I've never got on with those nasal aspirators to suck the snot out but some friends swear by them.

Calpol obviously fine if he's over two months. But it will seem much worse to you than him! Don't worry, he'll get over it fine. Bear in mind he might be thirstier due to the cold or off his milk due to the cold - so expect appetite changes one way or the other in the next couple of days.

Good luck!
