Is this normal for a sickness bug?

DD has a sickness bug - we thought she was recovering but 22 hours after she was last sick she was sick again. Is this normal? Just seems odd she was OK for almost a whole 24 hours. Obviously keeping a close eye on her and giving her plenty of water and plain food. She seems a bit more tired today. Just want my energetic girl back.

Did she have any dairy? best to cut it out for a while...

We had this happen last week and after the last vomit, there was no more. It took a few days for her to get back to normal though
Then I caught it....

All four of us caught it in the end - fun times. It's really wiped us out. Fingers crossed we are all recovering. Not sure what is best to eat now though. Definitely going to avoid dairy/fatty/spicy stuff. HATE vomiting bugs!
