Book on children's health/first aid?

Wondering if anyone could recommend a good no-nonsense reference book of children's first aid/common ailments? Want to buy one for me and my mum before DD arrives later this month so that I don't turn to the dreaded Dr Google with every sniff and sneeze...

hi there, good luck with it all I have "when your child is ill" by the british medical association find it really helpful. Also do get a good in ear thermometer. Its great that you are planning ahead.
