DS, 3.4, has complained for a few nights now of having 'kicky' feet. He's describing them fairly accurately as fair as I can tell as he's restless with them, kicking and stretching them like mad. But whY could possibly be causing them?

Restless legs? Off the top of my head
Cures such as tonic water and bananas are usually recommended on here.

I would suggest either:

  1. Restless legs as above.
  2. Some sort of growing pains/cramp: Unusual in that age, but certainly possible.
  3. He's found a good attention getter: you know your ds, and can probably tell if this is the issue. If so try giving him a banana and telling him that will cure it.
  4. Worms. Yes worms: They cause itching and one of mine used to do a really distinctive leg wriggle when she had them, which apparently made her feel better.
