Thrush in toddler

My DD is 2.5 and has been on strong antibiotics for about a month. She's now got thrush and has been prescribed thrush cream twice a day. So far this doesn't seem to make her any more comfortable but I'm hoping it just needs a bit more time...

Anyone got any experience of this and what did you do/not do to help recovery ?

I'm assuming no bubble baths and wondering if a bit of nappy free time might help.

Thrush is a side affect of the antibiotics
