very low temp on antibiotics...gp visit needed?

My ds is on anti-biotics for an infection and now he keeps getting a low temp down to 34.9 ...should I take him back to the gp tomorrow? Or is it just his body fighting the infection and par for the course?

How is he in himself? Treat the child not the machine, does he seem worse with any worrying symptoms?

Thanks NCIS. decided not to take him as he seemed to be improving in other ways and not so bad in himself.
