Hi everyone
My son was born at 35 weeks and diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism from his Guthrie tests. We spent 17 days in hospital before coming home. He weighed 4lb 14oz at birth and is now 5lb 2oz 4.5 weeks later. I'm really worried his growth and development are slow compared to the other babies we were on the ward with - we all met up today and they'd grown more and seemed more awake. Does anyone else have experience of this? Really need some reassurance.
