DS(9m) diarrhoea for almost a week

Should I be worried?
It seems to have a few really runny pooy nappies and then one will just look like brown water if that makes sense?
I keep giving him lots of water so he doesn't get constipated. Totally fine in himself, eating normally, drinking milk normally. I just have stopped giving him fruit now.

It's probably just a bug and will go away. Can you take him to the doctors tomorrow if it's still there? How often is he pooing. If once or twice a day then that's not too bad, but every hour or so I'd want him checked out now.

Thanks for replying. It's been about 4 times a day but yesterday only once and today twice. It's really hard to know what to do especially as he's absolutely fine in himself.
