Vomiting toddler - when to go to GP

DD2 (2 years old) has had vomiting bug for a couple of days. I wasn't too worried at first as she was drinking and keeping some fluids down.

However since this morning she has been refusing to drink anything, even her milk which she loves. She is lethargic and seems to be holding saliva in her mouth and not talking much and looking generally miserable.

She had one loose bowel movement this morning and a slightly wet pull up today but hasn't used the potty at all. I am worried about dehydration but she has saliva in her mouth and her eyes look moist. Just worried about the not drinking and forcing her with a syringe as a friend suggested results in an extreme tantrum!

If she's not drinking anything, not even a few mls at a time from a syringe, then take her to the GP first thing tomorrow.

She woke up completely better yesterday!! But thanks all - would have taken her to gp if not.
