Does this look like a verruca?

My dd just stubbed her toe and then said it had been hurting for ages. It looks like a verruca to me but on the side of her toe? It's very hard and there's no puss. I'll pop her to the pharmacy just to make sure anyway.

Could be... Bit tricky to see in the photo as it seems blury when I click it.

Could be in growing toenail or fungal infection. I would get it checked out by GP.
