DD has c pox at 18 months. She's been really good with it, but this am has a very inflamed spot on her ankle. It looks like a blood blister. Do you think it's infected?
TIA

I have no direct experience of this and hopefully someone who is much more knowledgable will be able to help you soon, but personally it doesn't look like chicken pox we've had here. Is it hot? Swollen?

If she def has chicken pox then that does not look good. I would take her to out of hours this evening. My dd got a skin infection from an infected spot and became very sick, very quickly. Hope she's feeling better soon.

I would get it checked out too.

Thanks folks. She has lots of normal Cpox spots everywhere else. Just this one that's inflamed. Been spraying it with savlon spray and its gone down a bit, but taking her doctors today anyway.
