Is this a stomach ulcer?

Dd aged 10 was admitted to hospital last week with severe stomach pain. It comes and goes but is very severe at times.

They put her on paracetamol every six hours and ibuprofen every eight hours. She was seen by several surgeons over the three days who all agreed it wasn't appendicitis. She was discharged on the pain medication.

Now home two days and she has vomitted once with streaks of blood. I have stopped the ibuprofen. Her brother was diagnosed two weeks ago with H Pylori infection.

What do I do? No GP tomorrow due to bank holiday. I have already had her at A&E twice. First time was given antibiotics for a kidney infection (which she had no temperature, no pain on peeing, no stinging) second time was admitted for three days with just pain meds and discharged no better.

Should I go a third time?

I would think a child with a history of pain now vomiting blood would warrant looking at.

Back in hospital, still in pain. Doctors don't know why she is so sore. Bloods all normal.
