My 2 year old seems to have hollow legs at the moment,
She generally eats healthy food but snacks are off the scale at the moment,
Of course crisps/ treats etc are more appealing just like for grown ups & I don't want to be hitler about it but need some ideas please to make sure I keep it balanced.
She snacks on carrots / cucumber / apples as well as "shite" but wondering what others give there wee ones for snacks especially before bed!
