Manuka honey and warts on 4yo

Anyone tried this as a cure? Poor old DD has little warts all over arms and a few on her torso. Her sister has now caught them and I'm keen to try something pain-free to try and stop them spreading. DD1 starts school in September and I don't want her to become self conscious. The DDs call them warthogs Smile

Have you brought them to the Dr?
It wouldn't be this would it??

It might be. I've been reading around it and I think the general GP advice is to let nature take its course. I thought this might speed nature up a bit. She keeps knocking them and making them sore.
